My Approach to Men's Therapy
Therapy for men who want to feel more like themselves.
Most of the men I work with don't come to therapy because they want to become someone new.
They come because something doesn't feel like them anymore.
• Maybe you've lost confidence.
• Maybe your relationships aren't where you want them to be.
• Maybe anxiety has gotten louder.
• Maybe life feels smaller than it used to.
• Or maybe you're simply tired of carrying everything by yourself.
Depression, anxiety, shame, loneliness, relationship struggles, and years of putting everyone else first can slowly disconnect us from who we are.
Therapy isn't about becoming a different person.
It's about reconnecting with the parts of yourself that have been there all along.
Over the years, I've found it helpful to think about these experiences through four areas of growth that I call The Four Foundations.
Each foundation represents a different part of life. Together, they help us understand where we're doing well, where we're struggling, and what may need attention.
This isn't about telling you what a man should be.
It's about helping you build a life that feels authentic, meaningful, and true to you.
My work combines practical, evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavioral Activation, Problem Solving Therapy, Gottman Method, attachment-informed work, and trauma-informed care with conversations that are collaborative, honest, and focused on what matters most to you.
The Four Foundations for
Men's Growth

Building a life that reflects your values.
-
Insight • Curiosity • Growth
Developing insight and creating change.

Confidence • Courage • Discipline
Building confidence through action.
